SnertSoft customers receive priority customer service and support on all our commercial products. This includes access to our web based trouble ticket system, support via Web Chat, and membership to the user community mailing list.
These user community mailing lists are moderated and free to all users of SnertSoft titles. The lists are used for SnertSoft announcements, suggestions, user questions, and product related discussions. SnertSoft makes every effort possible to respond to mailing list questions time permitting, but there are occassions when there may be long delays or no immediate answer forth coming by SnertSoft or list members.
