You typically don't need the SKIP unless you need to short-circuit a
lookup that would result in OK. The default is to always scan unless a
match is found, so the above simply asserts the default action, since
the entry below has higher precedence.
> milter-spamc-From:firstname.lastname@example.org OK
This is correct.
