Subject: milter-clamc and debian

Out of the box using the debian package 'clamav-daemon', clamd does
not listen on port 3310. I see this in the logs:

milter-clamc: clamd server connection error: Broken pipe (32)

By default the debian package of clamav-daemon is set up to listen on
the named socket /var/run/clamav/clamd.ctl which I had to configure
manually in /etc/mail/milter-clamc.cf as follows:

clamd-socket=/var/run/clamav/clamd.ctl

Maybe this could be auto discovered by autoconf (./configure) or maybe
milter-clamc could take it's default from the clamd.conf file or
(horrors!) special case it for debian?
