0.22 switched to use the libsnert version of convertDate(). Building the
command line testing tool, the above given dates successfully parse.

achowe@puff$ cd src/lib/util
achowe@puff$ make convertDate
achowe@puff$ ./convertDate -v 'Mon, 10 Sep 2007 07:01:07 -0700 (PDT)'
1189432867 "Mon, 10 Sep 2007 07:01:07 -0700 (PDT)"
achowe@puff$ ./convertDate -v 'Mon, 10 Sep 2007 10:25:04 GMT'
1189419904 "Mon, 10 Sep 2007 10:25:04 GMT"
achowe@puff$ ./convertDate -v 'Mon, 10 Sep 2007 19:33:21 +0530'
1189433001 "Mon, 10 Sep 2007 19:33:21 +0530"
achowe@puff$

This might be a white-space and mail header comment issue. I'm comparing
the milter-date version of convertDate and libsnert version of the
convertDate to see if there is a difference in parsing.
