milter-null does not use a cache.

Remove these two. They're redundant. If you have

Connect:localhost.localdomain       RELAY
Connect:localhost                   RELAY

remove those too since they can be abused by spammers.

Why do you have this entry? Comment or remove this entry and see if 
milter-null behaves better.
