Subject: milter-gris action=mail OK always for me?

Why does milter-gris globally allow my email address on any
incoming email, when I haven't whitelisted it?
It seems to check only the rcpt, when I have the key defined as the
default ip,mail,rcpt (see .cf below).

I have whitelisted some other addresses

  milter-gris-to:username@koerber.org OK

and some other domains:

  milter-gris-to:otherdomain.com	OK

as well as some clients:

> #do not greylist these senders:
> # local
> milter-gris-Connect:127.0.0.1 OK
> milter-gris-Connect:172.22.22 OK
> milter-gris-Connect:172.22.23 OK

(so as to not affect these users while testing), but not
mathias@koerber.org

Also, nothing seems to get written to the /var/run/milter-gris.db?

I tried reading it using sendmail's
 # makemap -u milter-gris.db
but it returns empty.

Is there a way to inspect the current cache?

Is there a way to test milter-gris (giving some IP,sender and
recipient addresses)?

Here is my milter-gris.cf

accept-null-sender
access-db=/etc/mail/access.db
block-time=600
block-time-static=600
grey-list-key=ip,mail,rcpt
cache-type=/var/db/milter-limit.db
cache-gc-frequency=250
cache-temp-fail-ttl=604800
cache-type=bdb
daemon
milter-socket=unix:/var/run/milter/milter-gris.socket
milter-timeout=7210
pid-file=/var/run/milter/milter-gris.pid
run-group=milter
run-user=milter
verbose=info
work-dir=/var/tmp

What am I doing wrong?
