Because of the way that email functions any email coming in to your server will need to be
accepted that is destined to your users.  You can run filters like milter-sender to
require valid sender email addresses and thus cut down on a lot of SPAM.

If you ware wanting to control who relays through your mail server you could set up Auth
SMTP such that any user trying to send email via your server would have to authenticate to
your server before they could send email.
