Did that, no affect.

Upon further research through logs, it appears to have happened when I 
upgraded from .58 to .62, so I'm going to ensure that sendmail and 
milter-sender are using the same version of db.  If that doesn't fix it, 
then I'll recompile sendmail and milter-sender with the newer version of 
db.
